Sharon’s recruiting experience began more than 20 years ago when she answered a newspaper ad for a “no-experience-necessary” sales position for a local staffing company. With only a phone book and telephone on her desk, Sharon got to work. In 1998, Sharon started Tech Finders in her spare bedroom.
In her role as COO at Tech Finders, Kristy is responsible for the general operations of The Finders~providing a consultative approach to staffing for clients and candidates. She absolutely loves what she does and feels privileged to lead a team that is the absolute best and most passionate team of recruiters in the valley.
Donna Dietrich joined The Finders nearly five years ago, specifically to lead the launch of HR Finders. She is an extreme relationship builder with a vast network in the local market. The running joke is that Donna knows just about everyone in Phoenix and their mother, brother, and sister, too. Donna has more than two decades in the local recruiting space. Fifteen of them in HR.
A utility player for The Finders, Kerri is responsible for new business development, account management and recruiting across all disciplines. With more than 15 years in the staffing industry, Kerri has experience recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire and retained searches spanning a variety of functional skill sets and industry verticals. Her placements include highly sought-after executives, managers, and high-potential profession
Melissa’s leadership role bridges business development, client relations and account management. She also conducts recruiting activity at various times throughout the year. Melissa works closely with clients to institute and shepherd a custom process that places the client and their needs as the priority.
